Responsibilities

  • Midwifery and Maternal Health Services
  • Client Counselling and Safeguarding
  • Quality Improvement and Professional Practice
  • Infection Prevention and Control (IPC)
  • Consumables and Clinical Supplies Management
  • Support to Centre Operations
  • Training and Professional Development                  

Must Have

  • Diploma or Degree in Midwifery from a recognised institution.
  • Valid registration with the Nursing & Midwifery Council as a Midwife.
  • Minimum of 3–5 years midwifery experience, preferably in SRH, maternal health, or facility-based care.
  • Experience in NGO or private healthcare settings is an advantage.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on providing compassionate care and support to clients
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • The role operates in a fast-paced, high-accountability clinical environment      
  • The role may require extended hours or short-notice deployment to ensure service continuity.                              
  • The role requires flexibility in deployment schedules across all MSSL Centres
