Responsibilities
- Nursing & Midwifery Clinical Supervision
- Quality of Service Delivery
- Duty Roster Management & Workforce Discipline
- Consumables & Clinical Supplies Management
- Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) Implementation
- Clinical Documentation & Records
- Training, Mentorship & Capacity Building
- Client Experience & Communication
Must Have
- Registered Nurse and/or Midwife qualification.
- Valid registration with Nursing & Midwifery Council
- Postgraduate training in SRH or Clinical Leadership is an advantage.
- Experience in SRH services is desirable
- Experience in quality assurance and clinical governance is an advantage
