Responsibilities

  • Nursing & Midwifery Clinical Supervision
  • Quality of Service Delivery
  • Duty Roster Management & Workforce Discipline
  • Consumables & Clinical Supplies Management
  • Infection Prevention & Control (IPC) Implementation                                                 
  • Clinical Documentation & Records                                                                 
  • Training, Mentorship & Capacity Building                                           
  • Client Experience & Communication

Must Have

  • Registered Nurse and/or Midwife qualification.
  • Valid registration with Nursing & Midwifery Council
  • Postgraduate training in SRH or Clinical Leadership is an advantage.
  • Experience in SRH services is desirable
  • Experience in quality assurance and clinical governance is an advantage
