Must Have
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field (master’s preferred)
- Minimum 5–10 years of progressive leadership in FMCG, pharmaceutical, reproductive health commodities, or fast-moving social enterprise markets.
- Proven track record in growing product brands, leading sales teams, and managing distributor networks.
- Strong experience with integrated marketing campaigns (digital + traditional
- Experience in reproductive health markets, Sierra Leone regulatory landscapes, or INGO Settings.
- Regional exposure across West Africa or emerging markets
- Pharmacist as a qualification.
