Responsibilities

  • Inventory Governance & Control Framework
  • Inventory ERP System Management & Oversight
  • Inventory Planning, Forecasting & Optimization
  • Financial Accountability & Stock Valuation
  • Process Improvement & Internal Controls
  • Team Leadership & Capacity Building
  • Stakeholder Collaboration

Must Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive inventory management or supply chain experience
  • Experience with inventory management software (Inflow, SUN, Odoo, etc.).
  • Proven experience managing multiple warehouses, branches, or centre-level stock structures.
  • Advanced Excel proficiency (Pivot Tables, LOOKUP functions, conditional modelling).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent documentation, reporting, and data visualization skills.
  • Strong understanding of:                      
  •            Inventory accounting methods (FIFO, LIFO, weighted average)
  •            ABC/XYZ analysis
  •            EOQ models
  •            Demand forecasting
  •           Stock replenishment
  • Experience in INGO settings
