Responsibilities
- Demand Creation for MSSL Social Marketing Products
- Sales Growth & Market Coverage
- Field Planning, Documentation & Reporting
- Centre Services Promotion & Lead Generation
- Campaign & Activation Execution
Must Have
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Social Sciences, Public Health, or a relevant field
- 2–4 years field sales or marketing experience (FMCG, pharmaceutical, telecom, distribution).
- Fluent communication in English.
- Experience in reproductive health promotion, community engagement, or clinic service marketing.
- Fluency in local languages is an advantage
Nice to have
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
- Proven field discipline — ability to plan, execute, and report reliably.
- Relationship building with retail and community networks.
- Demonstrated sales negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
- Basic digital literacy skills – Email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Report writing skills
