The
Sales & Marketing Lead, Sierra Leone is a pivotal role within the
Commercial Directorate of Marie Stopes Sierra Leone (MSSL), The role is
responsible for driving product availability, demand creation, medical
detailing training and commercial performance across the Social Marketing
channel and other applicable outlets. The Sales Lead will oversee the national
sales force, optimize distributor and wholesaler networks, and apply market
intelligence and analytics to inform strategy, team performance, and market
penetration.
This role requires deep knowledge of the Sierra
Leonean marketplace, strong sales leadership, and a solid foundation in data
analytics and market trends. The successful candidate will demonstrate a high
level of accountability, innovation, and a strong ability to lead and motivate
sales teams under complex and evolving market conditions
